Make the most of the school holidays with Terrific Tuesdays, a series of fun, hands-on activity days for children and families at Chiltern Open Air Museum, with a different theme each week.
Join us for a summer themed on the elements, Water, Fire, Earth, Metal and Wood.
Each Tuesday features a themed programme inspired by an element, with creative crafts, game, pottery, and interactive activities designed especially for families. From time-travelling adventures to seasonal and heritage-inspired fun, no two Tuesdays are the same.
Set across the museum’s historic buildings and open-air grounds, Terrific Tuesdays encourage learning through play in a relaxed outdoor setting. With plenty of space to explore and something new to discover each week, these sessions offer a brilliant family day out during the school holidays.
