This September, we invite you to take part in Walk With Your Heart, a circular walk taking place in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Starting at the Chilterns Lifestyle Centre, you can choose to walk either 2km or 5km to support individuals and families affected by cardiomyopathy.
Walk With Your Heart is open to everyone, whether you're a supporter of Cardiomyopathy UK or a member of our local community – or you just enjoy walking! Whatever your reason, we would love for you to join.
