Wheelpower charity are inviting people to take part in their all-inclusive charitable 5K event.
They are asking you to Run, Walk, Push 5k, donate £5 and then nominate someone else to do the same, all throughout the month of May.
The charity, based at Stoke Mandevilie Stadium, have been giving opportunities in sport for people with physical impairments for over 70 years.
They are hoping this event will raise vital funds so they can help even more people.
