Police closed the road from the Aylesbury Vale Parkway roundabout to the Waddesdon Hill crossroads. It is now open again.
The busy road was closed in both directions on August 26th.
Thames Valley Police tweeted: **Road Closure** Please be aware Officers are currently on scene dealing with a Road Traffic Accident on the A41. The road is currently closed from the Miller & Carter roundabout up until Waddesdon Hill along the A41. Please avoid the area and find an alternative route.
