Their Online Counselling Service offers counselling from your home or another safe space that you have access to, using your PC or other mobile devices. This service is online using a secure link, not an instant messaging service.
The aim of the online format is to support to people who may not usually be able to access it. For example:

- Have a disability or a long-term health condition
