A 350-home estate being built in Beaconsfield has taken a step forward as plans for the next section of the site have been published.
Detailed plans for the next stage of the Wilton Park development of 350 new homes have been revealed.
Bewley Homes has asked Buckinghamshire Council to approve its detailed plans for 37 of the homes under the third phase of the site.
The developer said there will be a mixture of two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses, with 10 of the new homes set to be affordable.
A total of 88 car parking spaces will serve the homes, while vehicle access will be from Gorell Road and Minerva Way, the applicant said.
Plans state that the 37 new homes will have ‘generous garden space’ and tree planting ‘to provide shade for parking spaces and to soften the street scene’.
Outline planning permission to develop the Wilton Park site, a former Ministry of Defence school of languages, was originally granted in 2019.
