Bucks Council spoke to Bucks Radio earlier:
"The unauthorised encampment is on privately owned land so therefore the responsibility lies with the landowner to take enforcement action. The landowner is aware and has been advised of their enforcement options. We believe Thames Valley Police were going to make contact with him this morning."
